As General Counsel at Inflection AI, Doug focuses on the legal frameworks needed to develop and deploy secure enterprise AI systems. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working at the intersection of law and technology, serving as General Counsel for innovative companies including LinkedIn during its early years and Nauto, an AI company in the autonomous vehicle space, as well as representing founders and senior executives as their personal general counsel.

His experience spans both operational and advisory roles in Silicon Valley. As a general counsel and outside GC, he has helped companies scale their legal operations, build legal teams, and manage comprehensive legal strategy. He has specialized in advising founders and executives through critical business transitions, including company formations, financing rounds, and M&A transactions.
